Initiatives and priorities
– We have an intergrated management system for common procedures on Safety, Health, Enviroment and Quality (CoSHEQ)
– We have published a manual on health, safety and enviromental management.
– Staff will attend in-house presentations, training courses and conferences to gain a greater understanding of this important subject.
– This policy will be brought to the attention of all employees throughout the organisation. Anually reviewed and revised as necessary in line with changes in
legislation and our activities.
– Critical safety campaign: A small fault could have ‘critical’ outcome, so we have addressed this issue by managing safety according to the consiquences of an error
rather than the complexity of the control measure.
– The role of the operations manager is to ensure that our staff and client on each project adheres to their defined responsibilities and duties at all times.
